London Drawing is a collaboration between professional artists, tutors and performers, led by Anne Noble-Partridge and David Price. They offer life drawing and painting classes, bespoke events and corporate workshops in life drawing and creative drawing.
All of their workshops are hands on creative sessions, designed to be challenging, fun and informative. They work with major arts organisations, art colleges, artists, performers and theatre companies to produce unique and inspiring drawing workshops and events. London Drawing aims to re-invent life drawing and drawing in an environment suitable for all levels of ability, designed to encourage confidence and inspire.
All workshops can be tailored to suit different levels of ability and are suitable for schools, colleges, private groups and companies.
Combining over 20 years of teaching experience and current professional practice, they aim to deliver forward thinking and inspiring classes. All their classes and workshops are bespoke, using a combination of performers, sound, lighting, props, visual effects, drawing techniques and exciting materials to create an unforgettable visual drawing experience.
Their classes offer a structured life drawing/painting environment designed to give technical advice and demonstrations in key areas such as proportion, perspective, anatomy, line, gesture, tone and colour.
Classes are made up of a few great exercises- not taking the pen off the paper, left-handed work, superimposing our drawings, and an interesting exercise which involved using the felt-tip attached to a long stick.
